St. Paul Veterinary Clinic
Thank you for trusting your pet's medical care to St. Paul Veterinary Clinic.
When you schedule an appointment with us, we set aside enough time to provide you with the highest quality care. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible. We ask no later than 24 business hours prior to your scheduled appointment unless other arrangements have been made. This gives us time to schedule other patients who may be waiting for an appointment. Clients are required to confirm appointments no later than 24 hours in advance. Appointments that are not confirmed may be subject to cancellation.
CLINIC POLICY OVERVIEW
Below are our clinic policies regarding rabies vaccinations, payment, deposits, and medication refills.
RABIES VACCINATION POLICY
For the safety of our staff and the well-being of all patients, we require that every animal seen in our clinic be current on their rabies vaccination. If your pet is not up to date and is healthy for vaccination, a rabies vaccine will be administered during the appointment. This requirement is mandated by law and is essential to ensure a safe clinical environment.
PAYMENT POLICY
Payment in full is required at the time services are rendered. Our clinic does not offer payment plans; however, we do accept Scratchpay and CareCredit as alternative financing options.
DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT FOR SURGERIES AND TREATMENTS OVER $350
A $100 deposit is required to reserve a surgery appointment. On the day of surgery, we also require payment of the estimated cost prior to performing the procedure.
For any approved treatment plan exceeding $350, a deposit is required before services are provided.
MEDICAL REFILL POLICY
Most long-term medications require monitoring lab work every six months to ensure your pet’s continued safety and to monitor for potential complications related to disease progression or medication side effects. Refills may be limited or denied if the necessary monitoring has not been completed.
